cs1.betterbox.net was down during this time for an emergency maintenance. The server became unresponsive in the late hours of the night. A few days ago, the server was infected with a worm and/or virus. This caused "segmentation faults" and caused the server to be unusable. We had to upgrade the server from Red Hat 8.0 to Red Hat 9.0 to resolve this issue. We're still working to bring all the services back to normal.
We appear to be back to normal, but I thought I'd post just in case. Betterbox has done a wonderful job of keeping us online, and FT was only down for about fifteen minutes or so this morning and had a bout of lag within the last week.
